Reset Warehouse Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Daily check-ins and loading of trucks
• Auxiliary tasks in the warehouse and building displays
• Stocking shelves and cold boxes with Red Bull products
• Placing POS materials in customer accounts
• Maintaining merchandise of established store territory
• Managing cold equipment placement as directed by management
• Maintaining cold equipment through regular condenser cleaning
• Completing invoicing procedures and complying with paperwork
• Assisting Account Sales Manager with duties to large and small format accounts
• Loading all route trucks at the end of the day
• Maintaining proper rotation of product on trucks and in warehouse
• Cleaning and repackaging product according to RBNA standards
• Disposing of damaged and/or Out of Code product upon approval
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
• Building loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising or sales experience
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
• Additional language skills advantageous
• Proficiency with automation tools and electronic devices (e.g., phones, computers)
• Forklift certification preferred

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Clear background and drug test
• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred
• Prior sales experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Repetitively lifting 25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily
• Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis
• Pushing hand truck with up to 150 lbs. of weight on it multiple times daily
• Prolonged periods of sitting while driving
• Standing and walking frequently
• Performing physical activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs and moving whole body
