Reset Specialist

Mercanting of established store territory

Merchandising cold equipment, wire racks, and all other display activity at store level.

Responsible for delivery of cold equipment placements as directed by management.

Responsible for on-going maintenance of cold equipment to include condenser cleaning (regular basis, rotating schedule).

Invoice Procedures

Must complete all invoice procedures required by respective store and comply with all established paperwork/invoice procedures.

Account Sales Manager Support

Affiliate with Account Sales Manager with related duties for large and small format accounts.

Truck Loading

Responsible for loading all route trucks at the end of the day.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in merchandising or sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong problem solving and mathematical skills
• Able to prioritize tasks
• Strong sense of urgency and commitment
• Ability to act with integrity and professionalism

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Clear background and drug testing
• Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certification
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred

Physical Requirements

• Repeatedly lifting 10-25 pounds including overhead multiple times daily
• Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis
• Prolonged periods of sitting while driving
• Ability to stand and walk frequently
• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials
• Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions
