Reset/Relief Sales Representative

About the role

As a Full-Time Reset/Relief Sales Representative at Viking Coca Cola, you will support the sales team by completing sales routes during absences or peak demand periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inventory with precision, entering orders into handheld devices and performing merchandising resets at various locations.
• Place and arrange fixtures and displays that catch the eye of customers.
• Maintain friendly and professional service to ensure positive relationships with both customers and store managers.
• Stay updated on new products and services to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Respond to customer issues, implement promotional strategies, and maintain open communication with delivery representatives.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience.
• Mastery in merchandising and fixture placement.
• Proficiency in customer inventory management through handheld devices.
• Route planning and execution skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A valid Class D driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Proficiency in mobile and order-entry systems.

Qualifications

You will need a blend of practical skills and a proactive mindset. This includes previous sales experience, mastery in merchandising and fixture placement, proficiency in customer inventory management, route planning and execution skills, strong customer service and communication skills, a valid Class D driver's license and a clean driving record, ability to lift and move merchandise, and proficiency in mobile and order-entry systems.
