About the role
Responsible for enhancing store aesthetics and ensuring merchandise is displayed in an appealing manner.
Responsibilities
- Assess store layout and merchandise placement to optimize sales and customer flow.
- Work closely with store management to implement new product displays and promotions.
- Ensure all merchandise is priced accurately and displayed according to company guidelines.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on merchandising techniques and trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or related field.
- Strong visual merchandising skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of POS systems a plus.
