Reset Merchandiser - Southeast

ACO-US is seeking a full-time retail merchandising team member in Perry, GA (31069). Pay rate starts at $15.00 per hour; experience, skills, and location may influence the wage.

About the role

Join Acosta’s retail merchandising team supporting a leading Southeast grocery retailer. This hands-on position offers consistent scheduling, early shifts, and a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 5 AM–3:30 PM). You’ll work in a team-oriented environment with mileage reimbursement and potential downtime during key holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset and remodel projects accurately.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, and properly merchandise products.
• Place shelf tags and strips while maintaining plan-o-gram integrity.
• Process pack-outs, restocks, and reorders.
• Partner with store personnel and teammates to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Use web-based applications for schedules, assignments, timekeeping, mileage, and expenses.
• Complete documentation accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations.
• Experience reading and using plan-o-grams (required).
• Grocery reset experience (strongly preferred).
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities.
• Comfortable using smartphones and handheld technology.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Ability or willingness to use basic hand tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, case cutters).
• Ability to safely climb and stand on ladders or step stools as needed.
