Reset Merchandiser - Northeast

About the role

Join Acosta’s retail merchandising team supporting a leading Northeast grocery retailer and help bring store layouts to life.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement plan-o-grams to complete resets and remodels accurately
• Move and clean shelving, install fixtures, and merchandise products properly
• Place shelf tags and strips correctly while maintaining plan-o-gram standards
• Process restocks, reorders, and pack-outs
• Partner with store teams and co-workers to complete projects efficiently
• Communicate observations and issues to leadership
• Use web-based applications to manage schedules, assignments, and reporting
• Complete required project documentation accurately and on time
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between store locations
• Experience reading and using plan-o-grams required
• Grocery reset experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Comfortable using smartphones and technology applications
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability or willingness to use basic hand tools and equipment
• Ability to safely use ladders and step stools as needed

Pay

$16.94 per hour, with a range minimum and maximum not specified.

Schedule

• Part-time positions Monday-Thursday 8AM-3:30PM
• Full-time positions Monday-Friday 8AM-3:30PM
• Early day shifts that allow for work-life balance
