Reset Merchandiser

About the role

The Merchandiser visits customer stores to set up and maintain product displays according to planograms, ensuring optimal shelf presentation and stock rotation. They assess store needs, report issues promptly, and recommend product replacements to boost sales and profits. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking, pricing, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores daily, ensuring proper product placement and display compliance
• Read and implement planograms accurately
• Monitor store conditions and report problems to management
• Maintain safe aisles and equipment
• Assess sales trends, identify non-performing items, and suggest replacements
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Accurately report hours via time sheets

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
