About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a local facility, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar operational role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience with HAZWOPER certification preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
