Responsibilities

• Must be able to work under general direction part-time/on call
• Security Guards will ensure a safe and secure working environment for L3Harris employees, tenants, guests, and facility.
• Ensure parking patrons are not interfering with or prohibiting employee departure and arrival to the facility.
• Patrol building perimeter via foot, or vehicle.
• Maintain building entries and exits.
• May be required to perform Entry Control and administrative duties.
• Operate access control and alarm system.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD secret security clearance, which requires US citizenship.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Word, Outlook, etc.
• Must be available for weekday evenings and weekends.
• Must be available to work different shifts Sunday-Saturday.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Must properly wear company-provided uniform.

Preferred Skills

• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact in a positive and diplomatic manner.
• Ability to work independently.
• Prior Security Guard experience.

Hourly rate is $18.65.
