About the Role
In this position, you will manage a team of Sales and Communications Agents that work directly with individual and group guests, both in advance of arrival and while in house. You will lead by example, directing the team to establish strong product and destination knowledge, maintain benchmark standards and prepare the operational teams to ensure seamless and thoughtful stays for arriving guests. With the Commercial team, you will achieve sales targets, maximize efficiencies to optimize revenue opportunities and will serve as a technical expert on a variety of systems that provide the infrastructure for Room and Dining sales. As a technical expert, you will ensure the fulfilment of various brand partnership programs, distribution activities and will lead a variety of financial / PCI tasks with the Finance department.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Sales and Communications Agents.
- Lead by example to establish strong product and destination knowledge.
- Maintain benchmark standards and prepare operational teams for seamless guest stays.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities with the Commercial team.
- Serve as a technical expert on systems for Room and Dining sales.
- Ensure fulfilment of brand partnership programs and distribution activities.
- Lead financial and PCI tasks with the Finance department.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of luxury Hotel/Resort experience in Reservation Sales, Front Office, Sales and Marketing strongly preferred.
- Ability to motivate and train a team of call center sellers to achieve revenue targets and maintain brand and Forbes 5-star standards.
- Able to provide unwavering customer service and strong personal presentation.
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, organize, multi-task, and follow up with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone.
- Strong working knowledge of computers including but not limited to Microsoft 360, Salesforce, and Opera PMS.
- Must be able to work all shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English.
- Legal work authorization for employment in the United States required.
- Continuous sitting for the majority of the shift.

Pay
Salary Range: $85,763 - $94,786
