Reservations Agent- High Hampton

Church Ave, Maryville, TN 37801, the Reservations Agent ensures high levels of guest satisfaction while handling reservation calls, internet reservations, and email/information requests for all Blackberry properties.

Responsibilities

• Accept and enter all phone/e‑mail reservation requests in a professional and timely manner, following Blackberry Farm, LLC and High Hampton policies.
• Set traces, enter and communicate special requests to the rest of the property, and check them daily.
• Maintain knowledge of the history of Blackberry Farm, LLC and High Hampton properties, all activities offered, and other guest‑experience components, ensuring this information is correct on all websites.
• Reserve and sell gift certificates, tracking them according to policy for Blackberry Farm, LLC and High Hampton.
• Assist the Reservations Supervisor with reports and daily tasks as assigned.
• Enter accurate demographic information into the database for marketing and direct‑mail projects.
• Ensure guest requests are fulfilled and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain regular and consistent attendance.
• Work well with team members, managers, and interact professionally with guests.

Requirements

College degree preferred but not required; 1‑2 years of experience in sales and customer service preferred.

Qualifications

Experience with Property Management Systems is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent telephone skills, typing
