We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. Given posting: It includes "Who We Are" (maybe About the role). Then "Perks & Benefits". Then "POSITION SUMMARY". Then "WAGE: Hourly pay: $19.00". Then "ESSENTIAL DUTIES". Then "EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS". Then "Qualifications and Skills". Then "PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS". Then "OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED". Then EEO etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, Application Deadline, etc. We need to map sections: - About the role: could be "Who We Are" and maybe "POSITION SUMMARY". But we need to decide. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should produce headings matching those names if content exists. We have content for: - About the role: maybe combine "Who We Are" and "POSITION SUMMARY". Could be separate? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role (includes Who We Are and Position Summary). Or we could have separate sections: About the role (Who We Are) and Responsibilities (Essential Duties). But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's think: The posting includes: Who We Are: description of location, perks? Actually "Who We Are" includes location description and perks? Wait "Perks & Benefits" separate. So "Who We Are": At 67 miles away, Winter Park is the closest ski resort to Denver... etc. POSITION SUMMARY: description of duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: list of duties. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: education and experience. Qualifications and Skills: list. Perks & Benefits: list. WAGE: hourly pay. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: maybe not required heading; we could incorporate into Requirements or maybe Schedule? Not exactly. There's no Schedule heading content; we have no schedule specifics. So we should not create Schedule section. Pay: we have wage. Benefits: we have perks & benefits. Thus sections: About the role (maybe combine Who We Are and Position Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Duties), Requirements (Education & Experience), Qualifications and Skills (maybe combine with Requirements? but we have separate). Benefits, Pay. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, Application Deadline, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Let's extract content. Who We Are: "At 67 miles away, Winter Park is the closest ski resort to Denver. With easy access to 765,000 acres of public land, Winter Park is home to endless adventures. Whether you are looking to have your first taste of a winter season or to build a long-term career, we have something for everyone." That's prose. Perks & Benefits list: - Free season pass to Winter Park and all Alterra Resorts - Discounted friends & family tickets - Medical, dental, vision, life, paid parental leave and more for eligible employees - 401(k) plan with 100% company match - up to 4% - Mental health resources for all employees - Food & beverage and retail discounts - Onsite employee childcare based on availability - Discounted equipment rentals, pro-deals, and more POSITION SUMMARY: Provide personal, responsive, and professional service to all guests in selling all aspects of guests’ reservations in the Winter Park area, year round, including lodging, ground transportation, rental equipment, lessons, lift tickets, trip insurance, and other products as they become available. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily - reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED: ... (some generic). Might be boilerplate; we could drop as it's generic. We need to drop boilerplate like EEO, Application Deadline, etc. Now decide sections. We could have:

    About the role

    with

combining Who We Are and Position Summary? But Position Summary is more about duties; maybe better to put Position Summary under Responsibilities? However Responsibilities heading expects list of duties. We have Essential Duties list. So we could put Responsibilities as

    Responsibilities

    with
    • list of essential duties. About the role could be just Who We Are description. Requirements could be Education & Experience. Qualifications and Skills separate. Benefits: Perks & Benefits list. Pay: Wage. Schedule: we have mention of working evenings, weekends and holidays in Physical Demands; but not a schedule section. Could we create Schedule section from that? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state "This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays." That's schedule info. So we could create a Schedule section with that sentence. However we also have other physical demands; but schedule is about work timing. We could include that line in Schedule section. But we also have Physical Demands content; we could incorporate into Requirements? Not exactly. There's no heading for Physical Demands in the list of allowed headings. Could we put under Requirements? Might be okay but better to keep as a separate section? The allowed headings list includes Schedule, Benefits, Pay, Qualifications, Skills, Requirements, Responsibilities, About the role. No Physical Demands. So we need to either drop that info or incorporate into another allowed section if relevant. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we cannot drop the physical demands info. We need to include it somewhere. Since there's no specific heading for it, we could incorporate it into Requirements or maybe into About the role? But that would be misrepresenting. However we could create a

      Working Conditions

but that's not in the allowed list; but the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings when appropriate, but maybe we can also use other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It seems they expect us to use those headings for sections. It doesn't explicitly forbid other headings, but the examples are given. Safer to stick to those headings. So we need to map physical demands info into one of those sections. Which fits best? Possibly Requirements (could include physical demands as part of job requirements). Or Schedule (work evenings, weekends, holidays). The physical demands includes lifting, dexterity, etc. That's more like job requirements. So we could put under Requirements. Thus Requirements section will include education/experience and physical demands. Qualifications and Skills separate. Now we need to avoid thin sections: we have About the role (Who We Are), Responsibilities (Essential Duties), Requirements (Education & Experience + Physical Demands), Qualifications and Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule (maybe we still need Schedule? We already put schedule info in Requirements; but we still have schedule mention about evenings/weekends/holidays; we could keep that in Requirements as part of physical demands. So we may not need separate Schedule section. However we still have the line "This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays." That's schedule info; we could keep it in Requirements. Thus we may not need Schedule section at all. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. We have Pay stated, Benefits
