Reservation Manager (H)

Responsibilities

• Aid in calls from and to customers to confirm and schedule U-Box deliveries and pickups.
• Support field team members, U-Box Customer Care Representatives, and U-Box warehouse personnel with U-Box reservation management.
• Schedule U-Box home delivery and pick up routes for U-Box Customer Care Representatives daily.
• Check in U-Box shipping carriers on site.
• Aid in assisting store customers with reservation management, U-Box payments, and sales item orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous office experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, computers, phone etiquette, Word, Outlook email, Excel.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
