Researcher - St. Louis, MO-based - Part-time (Entry Level)

Job Summary

Complete online and phone research to help individuals and families as they navigate corporate relocations. This role involves helping people find a new doctor’s office, researching information on gaining professional licenses, helping people find childcare, etc. This job makes a difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED (no college required, some college a plus)
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old
• Must have good phone skills, good working knowledge of the internet
• Be able to work independently as well as collaborate with the Research and other teams
• Proficiency in Internet searching; ability to quickly obtain pertinent resources
• Ability to quickly learn and master all proprietary research tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 45 wpm typing skills
• Demonstrated creative/proactive thinking skills; effective problem-solving
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web browsing

About the Role

Candidates must reside in the St. Louis metro area. This is a part-time, mostly remote position with ~5% in our Chesterfield office for meetings and events. Also available for occasional team lunches.
