Responsibilities
Request and retrieve applicable property documents from various municipalities across the nation via phone calls, internet, etc.
Maintain client status logs and work with project database
Keep files organized and track municipality contact information
General, related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- You are organized and enjoy research and problem solving
- You are customer service-oriented
- You are punctual and dependable
Requirements
- Proficient in oral and written English language, reasonable spelling/grammar
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable with inbound/outbound phone calls (pick up the phone and talk to a local government official in any US or Canadian municipality)
- Aptitude to understand policies/procedures/protocols relating to business and to willingness to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work independently and perform in a team setting
- Able to be organized and efficient with prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
- Able to pass a background check & drug screening prior to employment
- Completion of High School Diploma/GED
- Two years office/clerical experience and stable work history preferred
- Must have access to appropriate childcare for any young children
- Must have high-speed internet connection in order to work from home (computer equipment is provided)
- Willingness to work your full scheduled shift every weekday, aside from illness, emergencies and scheduled absences

Pay
Starting compensation of $31,200 annually with increase to $34,320 after 6 months*
