Salary Grade: Grade 00. Expected hiring range: $2,163.00 – $2,940.00. The salary of the finalist will be set based on departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and internal pay comparison.

The Multicultural Alzheimer's Prevention Program (MAPP) in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences is an initiative to advance our understanding of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and prevent cognitive decline in diverse populations. Working under the general guidance of the Program Director (Dr. Yakeel T. Quiroz), the Research Technician will support the prevention research program.

Responsibilities

• Community outreach
• Participant recruitment and cognitive testing
• Data entry, analysis, and manuscript preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 1–3 years of experience
