We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: location line? It says location ST. LOUIS, MO 63110, Scheduled Hours 40. Those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The location and scheduled hours could be considered minor metadata; we can include them in a short paragraph maybe under About the role? But we must not create headings for them. The instructions: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location and scheduled hours can be placed in a short

perhaps after a heading? But we need to decide sections. We have content: - Position Summary: description of role: "The laboratory of Dr. Guangyong Peng... has an immediate opening for a Research Technician II. This position assists with the technical aspects of studies and experiments, including experimental performance, documentation, and preparation of materials." - Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: list of duties (multiple sentences). We'll need to turn into

  • items. - Working Conditions: description of environment, exposure, physical ability. - Education: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education. - Certifications/Professional Licenses: No specific certification/professional license is required. - Work Experience: No specific work experience is required. - Skills: Not Applicable (but we should not create a Skills section if content is "Not Applicable" or placeholder). The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. So we should not create a Skills section if it says Not Applicable. However later there is a "Preferred Qualifications" section with skills: Communication, Detailed Reports, Laboratory Instrumentation, Laboratory Research, Software Program, Working Independently. So we can include a Skills section with those. - Preferred Qualifications: More About This Job: ideal candidate will have up to one year of experience in a laboratory setting. Research experience with cell biology, immunology, or cancer biology. Experience with mouse work and/or patient samples. - Education: Preferred Qualifications: No additional education unless stated elsewhere. - Certifications/Professional Licenses: No additional certification unless stated elsewhere. - Work Experience: No additional work experience unless stated elsewhere. - Skills: Communication, Detailed Reports, Laboratory Instrumentation, Laboratory Research, Software Program, Working Independently - Grade R06-H Salary Range $16.92 - $26.44 / Hourly - Benefits Statement: includes Personal, Wellness, Family benefits details. - Also there is EEO statement etc which we should remove (boilerplate). Also accommodation, pre-employment screening, questions, etc are boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove accommodation, questions, pre-employment screening, EEO statement, etc. We need to keep substantive info: location? Could be considered minor metadata; we could put in a short

maybe under About the role? But we could also drop it. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Location and scheduled hours are substantive? Possibly yes, but they said fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include them in a short paragraph. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could contain Position Summary and maybe location/hours. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Work Experience) and Working Conditions? But Working Conditions maybe part of Responsibilities? Could be separate but we can include under Requirements or a separate section like Working Conditions? Not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to these. We have: - About the role: Position Summary. - Responsibilities: Primary Duties & Responsibilities list. - Requirements: Could include Education (Required), Certifications/Professional Licenses (Required), Work Experience (Required). Also maybe Working Conditions? Could be part of Requirements? Might be okay. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (experience, research experience, mouse work/patient samples). Also maybe Preferred Education etc (but they said none). Could also include Preferred Skills? Actually Skills section separate. - Skills: list of skills from Preferred Qualifications: Communication, Detailed Reports, Laboratory Instrumentation, Laboratory Research, Software Program, Working Independently. - Benefits: Benefits Statement details. - Pay: Salary Range. - Schedule: Scheduled Hours 40 (full-time). We have that info. So we can create a Schedule section with "40 hours per week" maybe. We must not create sections with filler text. Ensure each section has real content. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, accommodation, pre-employment screening, questions, etc. We removed those. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Check for any placeholder text: we have none. Check that we didn't create a section with filler like "Not Applicable". We omitted Skills Not Applicable. Check that we preserved all substantive info: Position Summary, duties, working conditions, required education, certifications, work experience, preferred qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule, location/hours. We included location and hours in About the role paragraph. Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The "Grade R06-H" maybe not needed but it's part of Pay? Could include but not required. The salary range is given; we included that. The "Questions For frequently asked questions about the application process..." we removed. The "Accommodation ..." we removed. The "Pre-Employment Screening ..." we removed. The "EEO Statement ..." we removed. The "Benefits Statement" we captured. The "Wellness", "Family" we captured. The "Need adult care? We’ve got you covered." we included as adult care coverage. The "WashU covers the cost of tuition for you and your family, including dependent undergraduate-level college tuition up to 100% at WashU and 40% elsewhere after seven years with us." we included. The "For policies, detailed benefits, and eligibility, please visit: https://hr.wustl.edu/benefits/" maybe we could keep as a link? It's part of benefits statement; but it's a reference. Could be considered substantive? It's a URL for more info. Might be okay to keep. But it's not required; we could include as a link. However the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that URL. It's part of benefits statement. Let's add a line: "For policies, detailed benefits, and eligibility, please visit: https://hr.wustl.edu/benefits/". Could be a

or within benefits list. We'll add as a separate

after benefits list. Now check if any other substantive info: "The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget." That's substantive detail about pay determination. We should preserve that. We can add a

under Pay section describing that. Similarly, benefits statement includes more detail: "Personal Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time. Competitive health insurance packages with priority appointments and lower copays/coinsurance. Take advantage of our free Metro transit U-Pass for eligible employees. WashU provides eligible employees with a defined contribution (403(b)) Retirement Savings Plan, which combines employee contributions and university contributions starting at
