About the role
The selected candidate will be an integral member of our research team, primarily responsible for developing and running computational programs related to high-throughput genomics. Knowledge of basic molecular biology concepts and some bioinformatics experience is preferred. The opportunity exists for co-author on several scientific publications.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and running computational programs related to high-throughput genomics. They will assist in the structural biology and genomics work in the Physiological Sciences Department, College of Veterinary of Medicine at OSU.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Microbiology or genomics or related field. (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
- A M.Sci. in microbiology is preferred.

Pay
$17.00 - $24.00 Hourly
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional evenings and weekends.
