We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The job summary is like description. We'll create sections: About the role (maybe from job summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities), Benefits (compensation and benefits). Also maybe Skills? But we can combine. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate (EEO etc). Also remove non-essential duties? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Non-essential duties may be considered less essential but still substantive? They are part of posting; we should keep them? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could combine essential and non-essential duties under Responsibilities. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can include them in responsibilities. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Compensation and benefits is present, so we can include Benefits section with salary range, incentive, holidays, health etc. We should not create Schedule section because not present. We should not create Pay separate; we can include in Benefits. We need headings:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which sections to include based on content. We'll have:

About the role

with job summary paragraph.

Responsibilities

with
  • list of essential duties and non-essential duties combined.

    Requirements

    with
    • list of qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience. Maybe separate Qualifications and Skills? But we can combine under Requirements to avoid thin sections. We need to preserve all substantive info: include education required, preferred, experience required, etc. Also include knowledge, skills, abilities list. Also include competencies? Those are also substantive; we could include under Requirements as well. We must not repeat job title. We must not include EEO boilerplate. We must not include duplicated lines. Let's extract content. Job Summary paragraph: "The Research Specialist will perform research in support of various initiatives for the Trellis Strategies.
