Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience and 2 years in clinical research.Relevant educational background, such as a graduate from an accredited nursing or medical program, or equivalent degree.Ability to work in a stressful environment and demonstrate effective decision-making. This role requires minimal supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle protocol-related responsibilities effectively.
