Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Individuals who are completing or recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Skilled in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., C/C++, Python, Go), with strong coding ability, data structures, and algorithm fundamentals.
  • Be able to independently design and develop complex systems.
  • Deliver design documents, independent deliverables, and demo systems.
  • Familiar with state-of-the-art data management technologies.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong learning ability and self-motivation. Good teamwork and communication skills. Excellent problem analysis and solving abilities. Capable of independently exploring solutions. Strong mental resilience and adaptability when facing challenges. Have research experience in LLMs and infrastructure is highly preferred. Have published at least two papers as first authors in conferences or journals such as SIGMOD, VLDB, ASE, FSE, NSDI/OSDI, EuroSys etc.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $212800 - $387600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
