Duties

• Provides scientific and management oversight of the Home Visiting Performance Measurement and Evaluation (HVPME) Unit.
• Oversees development of management and information systems, development and application of fidelity and performance measures, and the scientific quality of the program evaluation work.
• Conducts a variety of program evaluations to determine the reach, fidelity, outputs, outcomes, and impact of home visiting programs.
• Presents findings through consultation to departmental management and staff, presentations to public health audiences, fact sheets, government reports, and articles in scientific journals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field and it is a requirement of the minimum qualifications, receives an educational pay differential equivalent to 2% of their monthly base pay.
• Doctoral Degree or Doctor of Medicine, and it is a requirement of the minimum qualifications, receives an educational pay differential equivalent to 3% of their monthly base pay.
• Individuals with both a Master’s and Doctoral Degree will be given the best benefit in relation to salary and shall only be eligible for only one amount.
