Research Scientist | Remote

Contribute to research-grade benchmarks used to evaluate advanced therapeutics in the ADC and bispecific antibody space. Work asynchronously with a fully remote, flexible schedule.

About the role

• Solve, review, and validate complex preclinical R&D problems in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and bispecific antibodies.
• Help produce fully human-verified reference solutions for frontier therapeutic programs.
• Typical commitment of ~10 hours per week over an 8-10 week project window.
• Independent contractor engagement with opportunities for project extensions.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in ADC and/or bispecific antibody development.
• Direct experience in a core R&D function such as discovery biology or medicinal chemistry.
• Have taken a program through lead optimization or IND-enabling/preclinical development.
• Experience at mid-sized, emerging, or resource-constrained biotech companies.

Pay

$85–$142 per hour

Schedule

10–40 hours per week, fully remote and flexible.
