Research Scientist (Biology) - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Research Scientist (Biology) to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. Expert-level knowledge in biology or related fields such as biochemistry is required.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots complex biology questions and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods
• A current, in progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required

Pay

Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonus rates available on some projects. Payment is made via PayPal.
