About the role
The Research Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various research projects from inception to completion. They ensure that all projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and manage timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Manage project budgets and resources
- Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical guidelines
- Oversee project deliverables and milestones
- Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders
- Prepare project reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of research methodologies and ethics
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
