Research Project Manager.
Description
The Research Project Manager plans, manages, and executes complex, multiple-component research projects studying healthcare delivery, health policy, and population health. The manager is an integral member of the research team, developing and achieving project objectives, facilitating project plan execution, communicating project status to leadership, and working effectively toward problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 or more years' experience or combination of education and experience
- 5 or more years of experience in research project management or healthcare, ideally with a focus on healthcare policy development/implementation, research, or data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team member
- Project management skills and ability to work independently, taking initiative to advance projects
- Comprehensive understanding of research design, implementation, data management, and analysis
- Ability to use sound judgment when interacting with outside parties
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and interact with all staff, management, and executive leadership levels
- Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Experience with REDCap
- Experience with participant recruitment and survey research
