About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of data scientists and analysts in developing predictive models and algorithms.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- Experience with Python, R, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Data modeling and analysis.
