Research Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist UNMC Principal Investigators and Administrator in managing and implementing Nephrology and Kidney Transplant clinical trials and research projects.
• Function as the primary contact for Industry trials to ensure successful participation of the site in clinical trials and campus collaboration.
• Provide tracking and preparation of study-specific documents according to FDA regulations.
• Oversee training of personnel and project teams as appropriate.
• Ensure trials and projects proceed on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate effectively between sponsors, sites, and team members, serving as a liaison with other divisions necessary to complete the study.
• Supervise assigned team members of the Division of Nephrology clinical trials working group, including direct supervision and overseeing training of site personnel and project team members as appropriate.
