About the role
The Research Project Assistant II supports the conduct of a research project and performs tasks such as phlebotomy, data collection, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Aid in developing operational plans to meet research goals.
- Set up tools and procedures for data collection and study processes.
- Collect and organize data per study requirements, including participant interviews, administering questionnaires, conducting background research, laboratory processing, etc.
- Process data by organizing data records and study files, running basic analyses, and preparing routine reports.
- Perform literature searches, abstract data from literature searches, and index gathered data.
- Follow patients in study and document their progress.
- Draw patients' blood for research purposes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year of related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
