We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Key info: - Job Summary: description about role, leadership, oversight, etc. Could be "About the role" or "Job Summary". Use

About the role

with paragraph(s). - Responsibilities: list of specific responsibilities (bulleted). The posting includes "Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" then a long list separated by semicolons. Also "Key Job Responsibilities:" then bullet list. We need to combine? Probably we should produce a
  • list of duties/responsibilities. Must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to list each responsibility as separate
  • . The list includes many items separated by semicolons; also after "Key Job Responsibilities:" there is another list. We need to include both? Might duplicate. Better to combine unique items. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can include both lists as separate
maybe. However we should avoid duplication? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is okay if it's in original; but we should not invent. It might be okay to keep both as they appear. However they may be overlapping; but it's still substantive info. We'll include both. We need to extract each responsibility item. From "Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:" then list: - Direct supervision of 2.0 FTE and indirect supervision of 7.0 FTE (based on current staffing); - Provision of oversight, leadership and strategic planning for pre- and post-award research administrative support; - Compile, analyze, and present data to DOP, SMPH, and UW Health leadership on proposal statistics, award information, trends, and national rankings; - Use departmental data to strategize, refine, and implement policies and procedures to support the research and academic success of DOP faculty, researchers, staff, and trainees; - With the DOP Post-Award Manager, ensure that timely and accurate financial reports are provided and discussed with principal investigators to ensure financial stability within the research group/lab and plan staffing levels; - Lead and coordinate the DOP Research & Development grant proposals/awards and indirect cost return allocations; prepare return on investment (ROI) analysis for DOP leadership; - Maintain and develop research-related content for the DOP website and intranet, serving as a robust and up-to-date resource for faculty, staff and trainees; - Develop/lead research administration education and training opportunities for faculty, staff, and trainees; and - Lead research-related faculty onboarding efforts, including start-up funding requests, new faculty orientations, and regular faculty check-ins within the first 18 months of employment. Then after that paragraph: "This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location." That's about schedule/location; maybe schedule section. Then "Key Job Responsibilities:" then list: - Manages large research projects for a center or program - Exercises supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees - Assists with planning, implementation, and management of strategic initiatives for a center or program - Determines unit personnel needs and the unit personnel resource allocation plan - Serves as a unit liaison to internal stakeholder groups to foster cross-unit partnership efforts regarding research programs and activities - Serves as a consultant to project directors and provides technical expertise to research and operational personnel - Collaborates with project directors and the full range of clients whose knowledge and expertise varies We need to include these as
    • . Now Requirements/Qualifications: There's "Required Qualifications:" list bullet? Actually it's sentences separated by line breaks? It lists: - At least five years of progressive responsibility in managing complex, multi-disciplinary research portfolios in an academic and/or health care setting - Experience with pre- and post-award research administration oversight, proposal development, budget planning and preparation, and automated financial systems - Direct, hand-on post-award financial management experience with principal investigators (PIs), demonstrating a strong understanding of and experience managing the research portfolio of a complex research enterprise - At least one year of supervisory experience Then "Preferred Qualifications:" list: - Experience with clinical trials and/or a large, complex medical center is strongly preferred - At least two years of post-award financial management experience is strongly preferred - At least two years of supervisory experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred We need sections: Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications) and Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications). The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map Required Qualifications to

      Requirements

      , Preferred Qualifications to

      Qualifications

(or maybe Skills). Education could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We'll include Education under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably under Requirements as it's a qualification. But we have both Required and Preferred; we could put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications. Education could be under Requirements as well (since it's preferred but still a qualification). We'll decide: Requirements: list required qualifications + education. Qualifications: list preferred qualifications. Now Benefits and Pay: There's Compensation section: "Compensation: The starting salary for the position is $120,000 annually; but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Employees in this position can expect to receive benefits such as generous vacation, holidays, and sick leave; competitive insurances and savings accounts; retirement benefits. For more information, refer to the campus benefits webpage. SMPH Faculty /Academic Staff Benefits Flyer 2026" Thus we have Pay and Benefits. We'll create

      Pay

      with paragraph about salary.

      Benefits

with paragraph about benefits. Schedule: There's mention of in-person/onsite and remote work. That's schedule/location. We'll create

      Schedule

with paragraph about work location: some work in-person onsite, some remote. Now About the role: Use the Job Summary paragraph(s). The Job Summary includes multiple sentences. We'll put in

. We must not include headings for Job ID etc. No metadata like Job Category, Employment Type, Job Profile etc. We should drop those. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, contact info, diversity statement, etc. Remove those. We must not include navigation, cookie, etc. We must output only HTML fragment. Now construct HTML:
