Research Nurse Coordinator I-PRN (Part-Time Temporary)

About the role

The Research Nurse Coordinator will conduct study procedures as required by study protocol at Children's Hospital and Medical Center (CHMC) and Nebraska Medicine - Nebraska Medical Center (NMC).

Occasional travel between the two inpatient sites (CHMC and NMC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct study procedures as required by study protocol at CHMC and NMC.
• Coordinate and manage patient care treatment during participation in clinical research trials.
• Facilitate complex decisions and regulatory requirements of each research protocol.
• Manage all aspects of each research protocol to support UNMC and CHRI investigators in their translational research and investigational protocols.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Nebraska.
• Experience in clinical research and/or nursing preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Completion of an approved clinical research training program.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to clinical research.
