As a Research Manager / Senior Research Manager with the Blue Matter Insights team, you will join a firm with a dynamic and growing team of seasoned market research consultants and have the opportunity to help grow and build the company. You will work collaboratively with internal and client team members to address critical business issues in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, and deliver value through providing innovative and actionable insights and solutions to our clients. Primary Responsibilities Successfully execute all aspects of the primary market research process – research design; questionnaire / discussion guide development; data collection, analysis and synthesis; and report creation and presentationParticipate in project scoping and planning discussions and support the development of market research proposalsEmploy a broad range of quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies and tools to address client business objectivesRecommend best practices in data collection and data quality optimizationManage timelines and budgets; coordinate with relevant parties (internal team, external clients, contractors and vendors) to ensure timely and efficient project deliveryCollaborate on key insights and recommendation development in conjunction with project teamContribute to building and growing client relationships; maintain a client management focusServe as a trusted, credible point of contact throughout the market research projectDemonstrate appropriate level of decorum with clients, including in challenging situationsPresent complex ideas in a clear manner; facilitate client meetings and readouts in conjunction with project leadExhibit an understanding of “big picture”, longer-term project / client / account significance Desired Experience And Skills 3-5 years of quantitative and/or qualitative market research experience within the biopharma industryEffective written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in deliverablesAbility to work in a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree(s) (PhD, MBA, or MS)US Based Remote Position Compensation: Base salary range: $105,000 - $145,000 per year.
