Research Lead

Position Details Location: Remote, Global Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000–$150,000. We’re open to paying beyond this range for exceptional candidates. Application: Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. About The Role As Research Lead, you will be the head of Iliad’s AI alignment research team. This will include setting Iliad's research direction, managing and mentoring the team of researchers, and ensuring Iliad's research output is rigorous, ambitious, and at the frontier of AI alignment.
