Research Laboratory Technician I - Microbiology Department
About the role
This position will support Dr. Mohini Bhattachayra's new lab in Microbiology and Immunology at Creighton University. Under general supervision, the role involves following standard procedures in laboratory testing, evaluating routine assays, and performing tasks related to stability studies, sterility testing, investigating product complaints, and evaluating new and existing products. The position requires independently reading specifications and procedures and knowledge of processes involved in documenting experiments. Responsibilities include maintaining a laboratory notebook, testing records, or worksheets according to established laboratory and manufacturing procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of research lab experience
