Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-impact projects focused on biologics discovery through AI and molecular modeling.
- Develop and evaluate antibody- and miniprotein-based therapeutics using generative protein design workflows, Python-based automation, and physics-based tools like Rosetta.
- Apply machine learning models to predict candidate properties, advance top designs to experimental validation, and document workflows and results.
- Present findings through a final presentation and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Proficient in Python, with experience in machine learning, molecular modeling, and structure-based design.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred background in AI-focused fields, antibody engineering, or protein design, with familiarity in tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Chimera, or PyMOL.
- Demonstrates diversity and inclusion commitment, organizational skills, and ability to handle fast-paced environments.

Pay
Compensation range: $20.00 - $55.00 per hour
