Essential Functions

  • Provide research assistance in person and virtually for designated hours
  • Implement appropriate courses and training tools for library instruction
  • Provide collection development for areas assigned
  • Develop, organize, and manage the Robertson Archives
  • Work with the Chancellor to collect and document the Robertson materials

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree from an ALA accredited institution. Second master’s degree preferred
  • Prerequisites for the job: 3-5 years prior experience working in an Academic Library setting providing instruction and research assistance. Knowledge of emerging educational models and methods desirable
  • Personal Characteristics: Excellent teaching ability, good communication and interpersonal skills, personal relationship with Jesus Christ
