Research Grants

The best way to seek funding for your research idea is through our Research Grants open call. Awards range from £350,000 to £1 million (100 per cent full Economic Cost (fEC)). These grants enable individuals or research teams to undertake various projects, including standard research projects, large-scale surveys, and infrastructure or methodological development. The grants are available to eligible institutions and cover any research area within the ESRC's remit.
