Research Fellow - Cardiology

Role: Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Echocardiography Responsibilities: Training in echocardiographic research within the Cardiovascular Research Center's Echo Core Lab, supporting third-party interpretation of echocardiographic studies for clinical trials worldwide. Providing rapid, reliable, and reproducible measurements to aid clinical investigations and trials, ensuring high-quality data for research conclusions. Engaging in quality assurance and standardization of measurements, and potentially interacting with research subjects. Qualifications: MD or equivalent doctoral degree with a cardiology background, including experience in echocardiography, valve disease, and heart failure. Expertise in echocardiographic imaging and interpretation preferred. Demonstrates research potential through peer-reviewed publications and competitiveness for national grants. Skills: Strong knowledge of echocardiography, imaging, interpretation, and research methodology. Ability to adhere to quality assurance standards and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Additional Details: Exempt position with a salary range of $67,282 - $78,711/year.
