Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new assessment tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform product development and policy recommendations
- Write reports and present findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Statistics, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in assessment, research, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Master's degree in Psychology, Statistics, Education, or a related field preferred
- Experience with educational assessment tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of psychometrics and test development principles
- Proficiency in SPSS, R, or other statistical software
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
