Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new assessment tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute research projects
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform product development and policy recommendations
• Write reports and present findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Statistics, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in assessment, research, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Statistics, Education, or a related field preferred
• Experience with educational assessment tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of psychometrics and test development principles

Skills

• Proficiency in SPSS, R, or other statistical software
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
