Research & Development Analytical Scientist
About The Role
Argenta is seeking a Research & Development Analytical Scientist to join our Global CDO team at our Shawnee, KS facility. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to contribute to our Global CDO team and showcase their ability to multi-task.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis and experiments for active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutical products as per project requirements
- Aid in the development of new products and processes as per compliance and regulatory requirements
- Aid with the technology transfer (methods and products) from Argenta Research into Argenta Manufacturing
- Support the Research & Development efforts of the company by providing scientific and technical support for the development of new products
- Create and maintain activity plans for assigned projects
- Generate, document, and review technical data for internal reports, client reports, and CMC regulatory support documents
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry, animal health industry, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in analytical pharmaceutical development preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects while adapting to rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to work with outside customers and clients
