Its research programs involve collaboration across international clinical sites, expanding the reach and impact of its work.About the OpportunityThe Research Data Analyst supports data analysis and clinical research activities for studies including the SMART4TB TA2 Therapeutics study and the SMILE-TB trial. This role contributes to data collection, statistical analysis, reporting, and database management while applying clinical expertise to interpret pediatric TB research findings. The position also supports data quality, participant safety, and collaboration across multidisciplinary research teams.Responsibilities• Collect research data and generate reports, analytical models, and study findings.• Run statistical models and prepare analytical reports for assigned research studies.• Conduct data analyses supporting clinical research objectives and study outcomes.• Use statistical software packages to analyze and interpret research data.• Design tables and other formats to clearly present analytical results.• Manage or assist with data entry and maintenance of research databases.• Review, edit, and finalize study-related documents in collaboration with research teams.• Review and summarize safety data, including adverse event reports.• Provide clinical guidance regarding the management and interpretation of pediatric TB adverse events.• Participate as a clinical expert in the Clinical Management Committee.• Support data analysis teams by providing clinical interpretation of research findings.• Generate, review, and resolve data queries within REDCap.• Perform quality assurance activities to protect research participant rights, safety, and data integrity.• Collaborate with investigators, data management teams, and clinical research personnel as needed.• Perform additional research and analytical duties as assigned.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.• Minimum of three years of related professional experience; additional education may substitute in accordance with applicable equivalency guidelines.• Three years of direct patient care experience in resource-limited hospital settings.• Proficiency with STATA and/or R, REDCap, EndNote, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.• Ability to apply clinical knowledge to research data analysis and safety assessments.• Preferred experience diagnosing and treating pediatric TB in low-resource settings.• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Starting hourly salary range of $25.23–$44.20, with a targeted rate of $43.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
