Responsibilities

  • Proficient in assigned research protocols.
  • Primary contact for participants consenting and enrolling into trials.
  • Correspond with participants outside of regular business work hours.
  • Work on investigational medical device and drug trials involving insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors.
  • Train enrolled participants and follow their care according to protocol.
  • Perform other study-related tasks such as data entry for study visits, processing labs, and query resolution during study monitor visits.
  • Work closely with PI and sponsors to manage study documentation and data collection.
  • Support physician investigators and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate project participation and compliance.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Michigan.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
  • One year of clinical research experience preferred.

Qualifications

Normal office and patient care environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.

Contingent - 1 - 2 days/week. Clinic hours are 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
