Provides 24/7 emergency care and ambulatory services to patients in need. Responsibilities include triaging calls, coordinating patient transport, and managing urgent medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Triage incoming calls and dispatch appropriate medical resources
- Coordinate patient transport to hospitals or other medical facilities
- Manage urgent medical needs and provide initial treatment as necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience in emergency care and/or ambulatory services
