The Research Coordinator focuses on data and reporting reliability, ensuring research-driven coordination without making guarantees about admissions, visas, immigration, or employment outcomes.
About the Role

- Document work and study travel roles with status tracking, maintaining transparency in the international education platform context.
- Maintain data validation and deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in research coordination.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure consistency and traceability.
- Coordinate quality control with workflow management, ensuring process compliance and issue escalation.
Success Profile
- Confidently use workflow context and data analysis to support research coordination in the international education platform.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure record management, data analysis, and process compliance signals are current to confirm work completion.
