Essential Functions
- Operates and properly sterilizes laboratory equipment.
- Maintains inventory and assists with ordering supplies.
- Develops an automated workflow to transform source-system data extracts into a high-quality, standardized REDCap database.
- Evaluate outcomes of prepectoral DTI reconstruction in patients with radiation exposure.
- Evaluate the implementation of competency-based plastic surgery education.
- Evaluate the development, educational impact, and sustainability of the plastic surgery "boot camp."
- Evaluate the role of sustaining and/or expanding the dual-track plastic surgery residency programs within the changing national training landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- No prior experience required.
- Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education and/ or experience requirement.

Light.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement
On-Campus: Teams that work on campus, in an office, or in a lab.
