Research Coordinator 3

Responsibilities

• Cook up and coordinate specific research projects
• Support the global research program
• Ensure compliance with research sponsor requirements
• Manage procedural documentation
• Lead project startup and management activities, including IRB application submissions
• Track project budgets and manage expenses with finance specialists
• Oversee research staff activities
• Provide mentorship to junior coordinators

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, global health, public health, or related field
• Four years of relevant experience
• Supporting multiple research studies simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience completing institutional review board (IRB) applications
• Experience supervising research staff
