Research Associate Position - Division of Rheumatology

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and work cooperatively with others
• Carry out and troubleshoot experiments
• Aid in manuscript and grant writing

Requirements

• Expertise in antigen-specific CD4+ T cell analysis using peptide-MHC multimers, protein biochemistry, and spectral flow cytometry
• Five years of postdoctoral experience in human immunology
• Ph.D. degree
• Previous computational and wet-lab experience

Qualifications

Strong background in standard molecular and biological techniques, cell culture, immunological assays, and recombinant protein production.

Skills

Self-motivated and able to collaborate in an interdisciplinary environment with experts in immunology, autoimmunity, and statistical modeling.
