We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About The Hiring Group (description of company) - that could be "About the role"? Actually "About The Hiring Group" is about the organization. Could map to "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should create sections with those headings if content exists. We have content: description of RTI-HS and PCOR team, and the role description. That fits "About the role". Could also include "About the company" but we stick to About the role. Responsibilities: there is a "What You'll Do" section with bullet points (Key Responsibilities etc). So we can put that under Responsibilities. Requirements: there is "What You'll Need" which includes required qualifications (degree, foundational knowledge, etc). That could be Requirements. Qualifications: there is "Preferred Qualifications". That could be Qualifications. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from requirements (communication, organization, collaboration, attention to detail, proficiency with tools). Could create Skills section. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not mentioned. So we should not include those sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. Must include all content from the posting, except boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). The posting does not have obvious boilerplate besides maybe the initial description; we keep it. We need to format using

for each section heading, then content: use

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to decide how to split content. Section About the role: include the description of RTI-HS, PCOR team, and the role overview (the paragraph starting "RTI Health Solutions is seeking a motivated..."). We could put that as prose paragraphs. Responsibilities: list the bullet points under "Key Responsibilities:" and sub-sections (Research Execution..., Project Coordination..., Client..., Scientific Communication..., Program Development...). Those are headings within responsibilities but we can just list them as list items, maybe with sub-bullets? The instruction: use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a top-level
        with each responsibility area as
      • . Inside each
      • we could have further
for sub-items? That's still a list. It's okay. Requirements: the "What You'll Need" bullet points (degree, foundational knowledge, ability to organize, communication skills, collaborative, attention to detail, proficiency with tools, ability to learn). Also note "Relevant preparation may be demonstrated through..." and "Extensive full-time post-degree experience is not required." Those are also requirements. Qualifications: the "Preferred Qualifications" list (experience supporting mixed-methods, coordinating research project, site-based, exposure to implementation science theories, experience conducting interviews etc, exposure to pharma dev, experience with relevant software, experience in consulting etc, a research work product). Those are qualifications. Skills: maybe we can extract skills like "Strong written and verbal communication", "Ability to organize information", "Ability to work collaboratively", "Attention to detail", "Proficiency with standard word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, virtual collaboration tools", "Ability to learn new methods, software, therapeutic areas, project-management processes". Could be a separate section but could also be part of Requirements. However we have both Requirements and Qualifications; Skills could be separate but we need to avoid thin sections. Might combine skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. That's four sections. Adding Skills would be fifth but maybe still okay if substantive. However we could incorporate skills into Requirements (since they are skills). But the "What You'll Need" includes skills already. So we could keep Requirements covering both required qualifications and skills. Then Qualifications for preferred qualifications. That seems fine. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract all content.
