Research Associate II - PHCS

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design experimental protocols with limited supervision
• Conduct laboratory experiments, capturing detailed observations and analyzing results
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, summaries, and data analyses
• Maintain accurate and complete laboratory records and documentation
• Follow direction on routine work and apply guidance on new or complex assignments
• Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes and workflows
• Solve problems of moderate complexity through analysis and evaluation of data
• Apply sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques within established guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical projects or investigations
• Contribute as an active team member by providing ideas and input to project planning
• Train and support team members in areas of technical expertise
• Troubleshoot experimental issues and implement corrective actions
• Present methods, results, and findings to internal teams
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and promote a quality-focused mindset
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
