Research Associate I

Position start date: ASAP or until filled. Status: Casual/Intermittent (approximately 19 hours/wk.), not benefits eligible.

About the role

Research Associate activities include participant recruitment and screening, referral for brain imaging, and brain image collection and analysis. Administrative work will also be part of the position.

Responsibilities

• Recruits research participants through established methods.
• Assists in screening participant for brain imaging and referral to UCSD for brain imaging.
• Assists in brain imaging procedure and data analysis.
• Works with typical computer programs, such as Word, Excel, and Adobe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field from an accredited college or university AND at least 6 months of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, variable hours between 8:00am to 4:30pm.
